Therapeutic Massage
The style of Massage Therapy used at Massage Redefined for the treatment of chronic pain and tension. A combination of massage styles including Swedish, Pressure Points, Active Engagement, and Hawaiian Lomi Lomi compression techniques with therapeutic hot packs.

Reiki
Reiki is an energy therapy that restores the energetic flow of the body. This modality addresses physical pain, tension, and high stress levels caused by energetic stagnation. Each session is performed by Sam who is a qualified Reiki Master and also actively teaches Reiki.

Reiki Training
Reiki is a therapy that can be learned by anyone and training is suggested to those who are seeking regular Reiki treatment for chronic pain/dis-ease. One-on-one Training and Group Trainings are available throughout the year. Massage Redefined's Reiki training is Florida Board of Massage Therapy approved for Licensed Massage Therapists to receive CEUs.

Reflexology
Reflexology is used to stimulate the therapeutic nature of the foot reflexes, bringing balance to the body by restoring circulation to the body's systems. Performed by a professional Reflexologist, Reflexology is most effective for balancing hormones, organ and gland dysfunction, and promoting deep relaxation.
